Our Hire Services
• DIY:
Collect and operate speaker/PA your hire package yourself, but rest assured that we will talk you through everything before you leave.
• Deliver, set up and test:
Have our crew set everything up and test all the equipment onsite. And yes, we will still take you through it all.
• Deliver, set up, test and operate:
Have our crew set up, test plus one of our technical operators run all your sound system and audio requirements for your event.

We are now into our third year of operation and our growth has been incredible. We have expanded further from hiring equipment to now being able to cater to those looking to purchase AV equipment and have it installed by our team. Sound systems, microphones, lighting, you name it and we can supply it!

The first stage in any event is to listen to you, our client. We must understand your vision and needs to be able create a boutique event package tailored to suit your every need.

DESIGN
Mix Media Events are known for thinking outside the box when it comes to event design. Every event involves consultations where we let the ideas flow and our imaginations soar to help create that wow factor for you and your guests.

CREATE
Once your boutique event design is finalised, you can sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of. Our handpicked team of experts will take over and create and run your dream event right before your eyes while you enjoy your evening.

SALES
We are distributors of many well known brands within the AV industry. These include Chauvet, Iluminarc LED lighting and JBL Audio. Recently we have also become distributors of MAGICFX products. We have a comprehensive range of pro-audio and lighting products for sale through our online store, most of which is also able to be hired throughout the North Island.
Disco lighting, speakers and special effect sales and installs are some of our specialities here at Mix Media Events. We also ship New Zealand wide. It should also be noted that we are strong believers in offering environmentally friendly lighting. What do we mean by this? Well almost all of our disco lighting uses LED technology which uses much less power than other types of bulbs.

PROUD SUPPORTERS OF MOBILITY ASSISTANCE DOGS TRUST
Assistance dogs have been helping people with physical disabilities for over 30 years internationally. The Mobility Assistance Dogs Trust New Zealand is a registered charitable trust (CC24410) with an appointed Board of Trustees.
The Trust's first Mobility Dog ‘working team’ graduated at the end of 2005; at
April 2014 45 Mobility Dogs have been placed in service, with a further 25 dogs at varying stages of development. With high demand for assistance dogs, Mobility Dogs continually operates a training programme. The number of dogs able to be trained is directly related to the funds and resources available. We also have 'Ambassador and Ambassadog' teams working to promote the organisation.
