​We have the very best and latest technology from lasers and strobes to flown smoke machines and moving lights, not to mention our huge JBL sound system! 

 

All our school ball packages include meetings with your school teachers and ball committees to discuss both what you want your ball to look like as well as your song requests for the night. With over 80 000 songs we can accomodate any theme! We welcome requests and if we don't have your particular song, we will download it then and there using our mobile wifi system. 

Mix Media is your one stop shop for your entire ball! We can become your event organisers if you so wish or just DJ, it's up to you how much you and your school want to organise, we are here to help! We work with the Bay Of Plentys very best companies to bring your the event of your dreams! From custom theming to floral designs and the limos inbetween, we have contacts for them all! AND all available for your ball or social.

 

 

Below is a video of one of our high school balls we did, it was an Avatar themed event and we supplied the Avatars (costumes and make up) the lighting for the 37m long tunnel, room lighting, trussing, band, DJs, photographers, videographer, LED lighting, moving lights, virtical smoke machines, custom DJ booth/table as well as the huge sound system. School Ball Packages

Below are our main packages, each one having a different amount of gear and time DJing. However all of our packages are completely customizable and can be adapted to suit your budgets and theme.

Double Up Plan

Fundraising is a big part for students when organising their ball, a lot of pressure is put on the teachers, parents and students to pay the money and put the time in for the ball to take place.

 

At Mix Media we want to help as much as we can, thus we offer the double up plan. This offers the school and students to gain our silver package set up at a heavily discounted rate (up to 60% off) if you book your actual ball with us too (gold packages and above).

 

This allows the students to sell tickets to the younger students and fundraise for the ball. Our last Double Up deal rasied over $1100 profit for the school. 

 

It's a great way to get the whole school envolved in the ball and makes for one great night! We are also happy to do more than one social if need be too, simply contact us today!

Photography

Keeping the memories of your great night is one of the most important elements of a ball. And of course the other most important element is getting all of the photos online for all your friends to see. With Mix Media we know thats what you want and we know you don't want to be spending even more money on photos that won't be able to be put online. Thus with every school ball and social that you have with us (including a photographer in your package) will have its photos uploading straight to the Mix Media Facebook page for you to tag yourselves in. 

 

We use only the very best photographers and are all availbable with any package or by them selves for any school ball or social of yours.

3D Renderings

How much room will there be? Will this look good over there? All these questions and worries are certainly not what you need when planning an amazing event. Which is why with Mix Media, we can offer you a 3D rendering of your whole event!  You can have your special night months before even walking through the doors of the venue!  This feature allows you to see exactly what and where it's going on the night. 

 

It also allows you to present visualizations to your board, event committee or family to see what their thoughts are and if they woud like anything changed. And once these changes are passed onto us, we can amend the design and send back to you. This is perfect for people who don't quite know what they are looking for as well as people who need approval for designs.
